• You can't provide sources to a third-party. You accept sources for your whole company and only it.

• You can build and use your own binary distribution from JAPISoft sources except you can't sell a concurrent product to JAPISoft directly or indirectly.

• If you change sources, JAPISoft will offer no free support about your changes.

• JAPISoft will no offer free help on sources knowledge.
